My career started in the New York metropolitan area. At Winged Foot Golf Club, I learned what it takes to deliver a Top 100 club experience, honing my attention to detail and learning to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Those skills carried me through Green Brook Country Club, where I took on more responsibility each year, first as Lead Assistant and then as Head Golf Professional, leading the department on my own in my final season.

Today I serve as Head Golf Professional at a private club in the Los Angeles metro area, where I have streamlined staff training and technology, managed tournament and staffing budgets, and built a culture of continued learning among our Associates and PGM Interns.

  • Collaborated with the Director of HR to recruit and onboard PGA Golf Management Interns, Golf Camp Counselors, and a Lead Assistant Professional.
  • Established new systems and standards to train Golf Shop Assistants, PGA Associates, and PGM Interns.
  • Supported the growth of Women's Golf Association programming by mentoring the Associate responsible for WGA events and clinics, increasing member engagement.
  • Developed and led the Soft Goods buying program, reducing write-offs by 50% year-over-year and establishing a framework that contributed to increased gross sales in the 2024–2025 fiscal year.
  • Standardized tee sheet management, lottery requests, and event registrations using Whoosh, significantly reducing errors and improving the member experience.
  • Led a club initiative to integrate AI into operations, using AI tools for data analysis, tournament communications, and printed materials.
  • Managed tournament and intern staffing budgets with consistent financial accountability across 50+ annual member events, run through Golf Genius.
